The sisters of Alpha Delta Pi are anxiously awaiting the upcoming Recruitment Week this fall. Joining a sorority is the perfect way to make the Tennessee Tech campus feel like your own. Greek life can provide you with a sisterhood that is unlike any other bond and enables young women to become involved through academics, student organizations, philanthropic activities and social events.

Values and Philanthropy Night
The first night of recruitment is Values and Philanthropy Night. As a sorority, we will show you just what makes us special. From our Christian values, standards, prices, and philanthropy, you'll get to know us and all about what we stand for.

Skit Night
The second night of recruitment is Skit Night, and it is a bit more relaxed than the first night. We'll dance, sing, and show you our silly side along with some of our accomplishments and activities throughout the year.

Preference Night
The final night of recruitment is Preference Night. Since it is the last night of recruitment, it's a little more serious, but you'll definitely be able to see what ADPi means to all of us and how sacred the bond of sisterhood is!

Bid Day
While recruitment is coming to a close – the real fun is just beginning! Held on the Sunday after Preference, Bid Day is when Potential New Members receive what’s called a “bid” or invitation to a sorority. On Bid Day, after receiving your Bid Day shirt, you'll meet up with us and take pledge class pictures along with pictures of the entire chapter. During Fall 2009 recruitment, our new Alphas traveled with Deltas to a park to enjoy food and fun! We all spent a lot of time together that day socializing and getting to know each other. We celebrate our new members acceptance into the sorority and their bright future as an ADPi. Bid Day is such an exciting day and we want every new member to know how enthused we are about their acceptance of our bid.
